So I had a question relative to the voting:
You have the option to be FOR/AGAINST:
1. The current directors to be removed.
2. Two new directors to be added.
What happens if a majority of shareholders vote for REMOVING the existing directors and being AGAINST the new directors being added? Will SWF be forced to find a new director that shareholders agree to have?
