There are plenty of other listed shell companies out there (with lower market caps than TSC) .. Wondering why have Caruso and Co set their hungry eyes on TSC specifically? Do they see some value in Mt Dimer perhaps or has the deal with RIO stoked their interest in parts of Rover.. what are their intentions if they do achieve control?? If they want shareholder support perhaps they should reveal a little more to TSC shareholders somehow. At this point what this co needs is a decent geo with a plan not more accountants and lawyers on my opinion.
