This is big! Vote time.

I am a bit torn with where to go on this. On one side of the spectrum I am sick of the share price languishing and slow process with such exciting underlying opportunities which the board is yet to take advantage of. So a change seems reasonable at this stage as we need something to spark this company and share price to reflect its resources!

On the other end of the spectrum it definitely smells of an opportunistic attempt with what is not a huge amount of cash (300-400k) which is just lucky since the share price is so low. Also, as outlined by management there is a dodgy past and also no on the ground geological experience which is drastically needed.

However for me to continue with the current board I need to need to start seeing signs of progress. It will be a big week of reflection to decide what I go with...
