I agree the current board needs to be changed. We need fresh mindsets and a new direction. Not sure what your problem is..? I am just skeptical about this Caruso and his dodgy dealings and past. I don’t want any further complications brought to this company. We have had enough of those for a junior explorer for a lifetime with the CEO merry go round and lack of value added for shareholders.
If it was up to me, I would get shareholders together and come up with a new solution for another board. A group of individuals not currently on the table. Because for me the current Caruso option stinks of an opportunistic play and I am unsure if they will be 100% focused on adding value for current shareholders. Like everyone else seems to be in this day and age, they are probably happy just lining their own pockets and getting involved at the low point, which will probably be 0.002 very soon.
