None of the top shareholders were advised of the raising including Mr Boysen who was disgusted at the actions of the board. Their only notice of the raising was after it was released to the ASX and THAT IS FACT
No wonder they are pissed.........
Furthermore to schedule a seperate meeting is not only childish and vindictive but it shows a complete lack of respect to the s249D shareholders...........
