I wasn’t querying your post from Feb, I was addressing JJM2019 point of padmore not holding and then holding, not sure why you rushed in.
Since you have now and as you pointed out “negative perception of board and needs no help in pointing out”. That is exactly what has transpired and clearly which you agree on, why else mention it. You have lost faith in the current BoD, as have most, let’s hope the next do more for the company than the incumbent, irrespective of the short term pain, which frankly cannot be any worse than now.
