It is there for all to see that the current board have never been transparent and never had any intentions to work with the incoming board........
Instead they lied numerous times wanting to appease the challenging shareholders who was not buying their games.
As per the attachment below you can see the Board agreed to a smooth handover but changed their minds 24 hours later...............LOL
