Further misinformation from the current board.

As per the ASX announcement dated 3rd June 2022 they state the board is uncertain of the motives behind the S249D requisition.

However as per Annexure A - Shareholder Statement included in the ASX announcement dated 10th June 2022 it states the Board agreed to Mr Boysen joining the Board.

When it was stated Mr Julian Rockett also join to allow a seamless handover 30 days later, the board changed tact 24 hours later and stated the S249D was "defective".

This proves their was dialogue between the current and proposed incoming board. Therefore the announcement dated 3rd June 2022 was disingenuous and highly duplicitous.....
