Read the shareholder statement and see the incoming board are in FULL SUPPORT OF THE URANIUM DEAL. They just want people running the company who can communicate with the Tanzanian team rather that bully them.
I guess GLA shareholders will outmanouvere the current board by enacting a democratic process and voting these dead weights out ASAP..........
Im pretty sure Boysen wants the price to go up rather than watching the current crew turn this into another lifestyle company collecting their fees and consolidating the stock every couple of years.........
Just look at the history of GLA and the current state of DDD Resources as evidence.......
