I am pretty sure I will be voting no to the resolution for issue of shares to vendors for new tenements and recommend other shareholders consider their vote very carefully, particularly those in top 20 or thereabouts. Its actually quite important and shouldn't be ignored.

I have scanned the memorandum but will read in more detail later. I haven't seen anything yet to justify why we are paying so much for these unexplored tenements and doesn't seem to be much transparency about this. The decision to hand over 20% of our cashed up company for unexplored ground by management without any skin in the game and without any obvious justification, should be challenged at the very least. It also looks like we have agreed to sole fund the project as well as paying off the vendor company debts. The story get worse.

I will have more to say on this in due course and interested in what others think.
