The wording in the majority of the ANNEXURE B – LETTERS OF SUPPORT FROM KEY STAKEHOLDER appears to reference the Project not PB/current management. I find it convenient that they choose to put the three letters first that have more specific support for PB/current Management.
However, all in all, these letters don't swing my current support for change. A project is bigger than one person.
