Agreed , the support letters in response to the 249d section B is made to look as though they are supporting the board personally, when in fact they support the company up to the stage it is currently at .
The letters don’t say they support the current management nor do they say they believe or disbelieve the current management can or cannot move the project forward.
The latest spate of announcements aren’t binding and going by the current boards previous failures you could only come to the conclusion that the current board would struggle to turn them into binding agreements.
