Not only is the Clough letter marked "CONFIDENTIAL" (what is it doing in a public release?), it misspells "Mt Peake". I have at various times in my life been accused of being a pedant, and I did once sack an architect because he couldn't spell my name correctly (even after after several corrections from me...), but if that's the level of attention to detail we can expect from Clough, then maybe we don't want them onboard... And what does publishing something marked "CONFIDENTIAL" say about whoever put the TNG release together? Is it the lack of attention to detail from the letter writer (surely it wasn't really meant to be confidential), or either the lack of attention to detail by TNG (maybe they didn't notice it was marked confidential), or the lack of ethics in making a confidential document available publicly.
Ok, they're nit-picks, but like the architect that couldn't get my name right, do we want people that don't pay attention to detail running the company and project?
Strangely I didn't see a letter of support from norm!
