    complaining about GW trying to take control of the company without paying a premium to shareholders...

    umm Vimson? did they pay a premium to be major holder and save his butt last time?

    at least GW paid market rates for his holding

    what a FLOP!! haha can't write this stuff

    should call the company Paul Burton mining cause apparently if he was to retire Mount peake wouldn't exist and it would fall over
