My growing concerns are:

1. AUZ still has not appointed the eagerly awaited "super-duper" new CFO. Even though LG can extend its Offtake Agreement after 31/12/22 - but then, it may also pull out; it's an option after all.
2. Aren't the directors insured for professional indemnity? At least the MD should have been. This would have meant a $505k reimbursement to AUZ's account.
3. Once an all-rounder CFO is appointed how long would it take to finalise the finance? Can anyone verbalise in point form the outstanding issues for the impending project finance?
4. The media is all positive in regard to the overall demand for cobalt/nickel/scandium; AUZ needs to forge ahead and not take a back seat stance!!! which gives me the impression they are in. TIME TO IMPRESS US ALL AND REBUILD A STRONGER THAN EVER TRUST & CONFIDENCE.
