Hi CwS,
Based on ASIC's findings etc, what do you think of any possibility of a Class Action?
If an AUZ shareholder was to instigate such an acton, surely such an action would need to move fast?
What are your thoughts on this?
I have been involved in several class actions (all successful) but of course, the companies involved were in a far stronger cash position than AUZ and at least one had insurance for such a situation.
