There are no serious restrictions on travel or gatherings in Australia- there was a mining conference at Noosa only weeks ago and that’s close enough to the AUZ offices in Brisbane to be reached by car- only 1.5-2 hrs by road!

They don’t note what restrictions they are talking about. I think there is too much lawyer training at work here & jot enough fair dinkum disclosure/conversation.

Someone takes them to task for using the phrasing?
For the sake of argument they could cite some restrictions anywhere on the planet- ‘Hey! There is a restriction on travel/gathering in >insert Chinese province/city name< , & that’s where one of our investors lives, so there!’

Oops- no domestic travel restrictions.

Oops- no international restrictions such as testing or quarantine on arrival.

I blame the Board and shareholders- they seem to be happy getting away with whatever the investors will put up with.

I genuinely wonder just how badly the shareholders here need to be treated before they leave or vote the Board out.
