Whether to vote "yes" is a tough one to decide.
Against - there is a lot to be said for forcing the Board to use the cash in the tin wisely and get off their backsides to get the finance over the line. If the make some progress the SP will soon get back above 14c and they have room under the previous raise to allocate the shares not taken up.
For - if factors outside the control of the Board make it to hard to to make progress the finance application in the time available - this could drive the company into administration of force a cheap sale to opportunistic buyer to avoid insolvent trading claims against the directors.
