Personally, I think when you limit the ability of the board to raise funds then you create huge problems.
15% is harmless at this stage. Most of the damage was done 4 years ago.
No, LG can't invest $100 million without shareholder approval.
That's way above the 15% of shares that are allowed to be handed out.
$100 mil equates to 1 billion shares.
Above 19.9% is when a hostile takeover is triggered.
$100 mil would mean a complete take over.
