I'm genuinely confused.
The other threads on Volt are so bullish, talking about future potential etc etc.
Then looking at this, there's little to no response?
This document on the AGM is literally a case of the Directors saying: "How much can we pay ourselves?"
Shares granted at nearly a 50% discount by Directors, to Directors who are supposed to build shareholder value?
I can imagine the irony of seeing this at a $500 Million market Cap and the shareprice stays exactly where it is now!
FYI, I'm an investor in Armadale Capital, and Kabunga is a former Director who has been dumping consistently for a year - So I follow this to see what he's up to.
I cheer the day we'll be rid of him over there, but seem you lot can't get enough!
