Consolidation does not crash the share price back to the original pre Consolidation price unless there is a reason for this. $60m market cap to $6m isn't going to happen unless they blow remaining $27m cash fast and issue plenty of shares. There are large shifts in price after Consolidation as less shares are traded and anyone selling at market can move the price 5 to 10% .
