JGA ~ I do not see how can a name change to the application of the Exploitation License whatsoever; Facebook changed its name to Meta ( which I personally think is stupid but nevertheless it did not change its fundamentals. Second, I fail to see how a 10:1 stock split reducing the company's float from 1.344B shares currently trading at .057/share to 134.4 M shares converted to trade at .57/share would harm its fundamentals or negatively impact its mining license application or its going concern connected with the Arbitration. Third, I own a lot of shares. Fourth, I will voice my objections to some of the proposed resolutions to the company via e-mail.

Lastly, perhaps you can articulate your specific reasons for your objections on R 2 and 4 and why they can potentially harm the company in its Arbitration efforts etc..
