In a normal situation the proposed changes could probably be considered. But this is not a normal situation. There is a very important and complex arbitration going on even from a psychological which can either result in an injunction to issue an exploitation license or the application of a compensation based on the market price of the outstanding shares had the exploitation license been issued. Why would you want to complicate the parameters in front of the arbitrator? This is not done even from a psychological standpoint. Why agitate the waters if there is nothing to be gained?
