I'm s sorry if my answer isn't clear.According to me, we are not going to gain anything from the proposed changes.We also do not have any certainty whether these changes will have any effect on the arbitration proceedings.Conclusion: If we are not going to gain anything from these changes and we are not sure of the effects of these changes on the arbitration proceedings then why should we take this risk before the conclusion of the arbitration?
