The experts value the acquisition at $400,000 and the consideration to be paid by GGG is $3,000,000.I have a feeling that Mamadou couldn't care less about GGG but is only interested in its cash reserves.We have been waiting patiently for over 10 years to see the fruition of our investments and we are not going to allow anyone to destroy our hopes for his own personal interest.
