Again have to disagree with your points LaVita. I do not assume the value of the project goes down, I know mathematically my shares I own lose value in relation to SP due to consolidation.
And with all due respect to all other shareholders & their holdings I can only speak for my holdings for which I am responsible & am totally against taking 'a hit' as you put it & would rather avoid this at all costs if possible.
Why do we even need a consolidation. There are many companies out there who have never done a consolidation and have done well for both their company & shareholders alike.
Ask yourself & we should all question what's their personal agenda for the consolidation. Is it honest, dishonest or even necessary or totally unnecessary ?......
Anyway no point in going over this back & forth.... As always Time will Tell.
