If the ML is finally granted, the current price means nothing except it is an opportunity to buy more stock.
If the ML is never obtained, all investors are screwed.
My money is in the pot in this poker game. If I lose, it's on to the next poker game. It would be too bad because I originally thought that this was as close to a sure thing as you could get.
It is no time to get wobbly, I still think that this is a sure thing!
