Whilst I agree it is important for shareholder voices to be heard, in my personal view we are beyond this now.

In the absence of more appropriate action from responsible authorities based on the weight of evidence previously presented by multiple parties, the only legal recourse seems to be that offered under the Corporations Act, which must be supported by shareholders who hold (and have the right to cast) at least 5% of the vote.
