other than a threat, there really isn't nothing that would prevent one from voting 'no'. this company has ventured from graphite to / and including copper, zinc, lead to other various rare earth minerals. given China conflict and Russian/Ukraine war. I think they would be well placed to provide various rare earth minerals in place of China.
