    under resolution 2 of this notice: consolidation of capital. when they say 'every 10 shares to be consolidated into 1 share' does that mean the share price will become .20c or is this consolidation to be used to free up funds for the proposed acquisition? I would like you hear your interpretation of this resolution 2.
