With YPB share price at now 0.3c, there isn't room at such a low share price to do a CR. In any case where would YPB find a "sophisticated" investor silly enough to tip in $800k when YPB has a debt of $1m secured against the assets of YPB. If JH/JHH goes through with swapping the loan for equity (thus wiping this debt from its books) its share buy price is going to have to be below 0.2c. Even at a share buy price of 0.2c, that means an issue of 500m shares, when currently there are only about 406m ordinary shares issued. This alone will guarantee that the share price will quickly hit rock bottom, and ruling out any successful CR.

JH can't do a consolidation once he swaps debt for equity because he would be putting at risk the $1m hard cash he put up because as we have seen from the May 2022 consolidation it only took 7 months for YPB's share price to bottom down to the same share price prior to consolidation. To clarify what I mean, suppose he does a 10:1 consolidation which takes YPB's share price to 2.0c. If then YPB's shares even drop 1.0c JHH has lost 1/2 of its $1m outlay. I would expect that YPB's shares would drop by more than 1/2.

In the light of absence of any recent good news announcements by YPB on sales contracts or successful securing of funds, it would be wishful and unrealistic to think that YPB will receive any significant uplift in sales or enter into worthwhile sales contracts in coming months. YPB has consistently said that covid has disrupted their 'breakthrough' plans, but now with their principal target market China now with 20% of their population with covid, the disruption to businesses making their product, and appetite of consumers to check for fake and counterfeit product will take an even deeper backseat.

YPB is on borrowed time, and this should be obvious to JH, and I can't see JH tipping in any more money.

As I have said previously, YPB has gone through over $80m of issued capital with literally nothing to show for it.

Based on the revenue and profit projections stated by YPB many years, ago, I was expecting to have the mortage paid off and a nice set of wheels in the driveway by now.

Instead, my YPB shares will probably get me 1 or 2 months worth of Mc Donalds Happy Meals.

The history of YPB is full of broken promises, the issuing over optimistic guidance, big headline announcements that have failed to materialise and constant excuses as to why the company is not succeeding.

I hate losing money.

I would hate for JH to get something out of this even more…….especially when those of us who believed him are likely to get nothing when the day finally comes.
