Why is SAU trying to "incentivise" the Chairman by issuing 5,000,000 shares? Isn't $320,000 salary enough.
Possibly he should have a target to achieve to get bonus shares, but not $135k worth of shares for doing nothing.
16% of the capital raising will be going towards the Chairman's salary (for 1 year) which seems at odds with the stated reason for the capital raising.
Simply outrageous!
