    I am with you there. I voted down the resolutions of this company many years ago with a 10% stake. the directors had done no homework and were caught by surprise. I am fully aware of the power of smaller holders banding together. Unfortunately i have less than 1% today, but still a useful parcel. I am certainly not keen for any takeover action here. All the best.
