Providing the other conditions are met the directors are rewarded 100% of their performance rights to get us to about a third of the way to where the share price was two years ago and they have 5 years to do it! Any director worth their salt should be expected to do this. What was the impact on the longer term directors with our share price dropping about 80% over the past two years? The only impact looks like it gives them a great opportunity for a bonus going forward.
