Far from getting additional benefits the Chair should be removed imo.
Dennis oversaw the release of statements by the previous MD that he knew or should have known were incorrect. Eg at the Diggers and Dealers. Fair enough for the new MD Ryan to get performance rights. That's normal and skin in the game is a good thing.
