Given the board is simply 1 non-Exec chairman, one NED and 1 ED, and all share in the performance right granted, and non/existence of Remuneration committee (given the small board), are the performance milestones really appropriate?

For comparison, I checked the WR1 which we normally compare against and also where Chris Evans our ED/ TD is their MD.

Some elements of performance right are similarly structured but notice the differences:
Class E performance rights: 5MT at 1% Li (similar)
Class F performance rights: 10MT at 1% Li (higher bar)
Class G performance rights: 75c 20-day VWAP when the SP 33c (more than double, higher bar)

I am sure to be unpopular after this question but appreciate if we can focus on the question. Thanks.

I have read a bit more and here is some additional views:

Taking the lower salary packages of the 3 KMP the performance rights and options together compensate them for the lower salaries, which make it a lot more digestible to me . Post issue and vesting of these performance rights and options Gino will own roughly about 25% of the company? I think that is a good incentive for him to drive the success and value of the company. (Gino will also contribute $0.5Mn to the coffers when he exercises his AS2O).
