Hello Tbirds and Coto,

Unfortunately the market is littered with people who have made wrong decisions but are not able to accept responsibility for them. They need to blame someone, or something, else for their own mistakes. It probably means they'll never be successful investors: if you can't accept that you made a mistake (and understand why you made it), you're probably going making the same mistake over and over again.

I think it's best to avoid conversations with these people. There is nothing you or I can say to make them change their way of thinking and these conversations only serve to lower the quality of the banter, perhaps causing some with valuable contributions to not bother.
