An extension of my original post as soon as this was announced.
Given more shares = more voting rights hence greater opportunity to vote for more self-fulfilling greed at retail holder's expense and not too mention the additional dilution.
As CEO / Managing Director these transactions are in the remit of the role and should not be rewarded to this level of self effacing grab for $ and increased voting power.
If Paul still owned the business then fine, however now has and is a Public Co and we as shareholders are owners and need to vote accordingly. I am buoyed by the comments that most if not all comments are voting NO to items 3,4,5 !!!
