The directors believe this companies market cap will get to $5 billion within 4 to 5 yrs conservatively. That is massive hence why they want more incentives. This is the way you business in their shoes. They want to become extremely wealthy. So lets let them and take us along with it. Its just a bit unfortunate we have to pay for our shares. Nasdaq listing by the end of the year will see more money in the bank. This will get our share price up heaps.
