(1) The Company cited the Constitution - clause 6.2(c) in regards to the re-election of Donald Garner (director appointed under article 6.2(b)) retires under article 6.3(i) and is eligible for re-election.
(2) Although the company appointed King under article 6.2(b) as there is no resolution for him to be re-elected at this meeting, it appears that article 6.3(j) is being utilised? re: 6.3(j) "Unless a Director appointed under article 6.2(b) has retired under article 6.3(i), that Director must retire at the next AGM, and is eligible for re-election at that meeting, it is somewhat interesting that his re-election wasn't included in this meeting.
(3) The is no copy of the Company's Constitution available on Great Northern Minerals web site!!
