Not going to happen, rarely happens to get anymore that a 40% participation in voting on Company resolutions, and that is a generous figure BUT made up with a high percentage of pro company supporters.
As for the Board being sacked, there was an attempt just before McLean was appointed, back in 2018 but never got off the ground with a lack of support!
