Adreamer can you show me where in the placement document it states that the directors getting the options, the current number of shares 30,000,000 and 15,000,000 options issued in the cr have all been to the new holders and other share holders.
The 1.3m shares that have been applied for is not included in this number and I am unable to see where in the announcement it states that these 1.3m have an options attached to them
Prior to these shares being issued need to be approved by shareholders.
The document states
In addiction directors of PAA have subscribed for additional 1.3m shares to raise up to $104,000 subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting to be held at a date to be announced shortly.
So nothing stating these additional shares would have any ree options attached to them
