Many shareholders also participated, it will punish them more than AR. The next CR the investors will want more because shareholder approval is an issue so all holders will then suffer due to an increased dilution. This one is not the one we send our message, the agm is a different story we can clearly send a strong message there. I will be sending a message when the agm vote comes around, but this one its not in our interest to vote no.
