yes. I have also been in this since PVD in 2015. I look at the issue of the number of shares to directors as taking the P15S. To have a dilution to satisfy directors is an absolute insult. Especially when the SP is sitting where it was in 2020.
All we have when ann come out is people saying " they are ticking boxes ". I want to see the SP go forward. The market sees HHR different to my wishes. I accept that.. My 6 Mill will be voting NO. It is the only time shareholders can send a message to them. But to be honest, I do not think they could give a toss. It is all about them. The vote to issue the shares will win - no doubt.
