TA is fine for entry/exit timing but it's a bit of butt scratching and sniffing your fingers as well. The successful TA traders get alot of their predictions wrong and success mainly depends on money management/deployment more than anything else. (or so i have read)

The investing landscape that presents to us in this present time is one of TMI (too much information). I feel to be successful you need to do your research and stick to your guns, unless something significantly changes in the investment thesis. Which is this case has not (in my opinion) whatever reasons i invested in HHR about a year ago now still stands and if anything development is further along the line and and possibly just a few months from start of construction.
