I believe it is generally permitted for shareholders to be able to rescind/change their proxy appointment and their vote at any time up until a general meeting starts, so anybody who has already voted doesn’t have to panic. If legal advice concurs on risk then they can likely just go back into Computershare and change the grant of their proxy to somebody else.

Might be best however for all who have not voted yet (most people I should think) to just sit tight then on voting until this tricky matter is cleared up. Will save having to change proxy appointment later if there is a risk of “new business” skullduggery. Big props to you guys for navigating this minefield.

May I suggest SAG's lawyer act as proxy and attend the meeting on those shareholders behalf. That way we don't run the risk of an individual, say @frankly1, becoming sick on the day and unable to attend the meeting.
