Don’t recall the significant termination payout coming up when they’d promised “outcome or out” (the messaging might have come across differently if it was “I’ll get the outcome, or you’ll pay me to move on”) but I’ll concede to not looking at those details closely enough if it was mentioned, a mistake I’m unlikely to repeat.
