With this many shares on issue, it is the right thing to do.
I don't normally like share consolidations, but if they are done at the right time, it can move the share price forward nicely in coming months. My feeling is that this is the right time for JAT to consolidate, as the future appears to look bright based on their last quarter results.
I'll vote Yes.
