What a total bs date for an egm. I won't be able to attend that virtual meeting. Have to ask when you are not doing anything as an employee of the company why wouldn't you give your own staff time off over the Christmas break unless you were purposely trying to make numbers lower for attending that meeting.
I did get a response to my email from the company. They answered one of my two questions with information I already knew and then a heap of hypotheticals.
I don't see a good outcome here. Accept a total bs deal or reject it and watch the company chew up the remaining cash balance with admin fees and demobilisation costs. Whatever happens I just want to move on from this company so in my mind my money is gone so whatever comes back to me is a bonus and I learn a harsh lesson.
