I should vote against the shares issuing to William Lay and EverBlu in this proxy. This is really disgusting how they play us around.

The current price is at 0.001 and it cannot go any lower, suggesting a chance for your investment to retain some value, even after a significant 99% loss. Following a consolidation, share price will go up (by 20 times but you have 20 times less quantity), but this could also lead to another drop, potentially reducing your current value (at a 0.001 share price) by nearly 20 times, approaching close to $0. They do this to keep on issuing shares and diluting over and over again.
